+ EAST on I-40 East toward Knoxville to EXIT 226-B (Mount Juliet Road, North)

+ NORTH (left) on Mount Juliet Road to Old Lebanon Dirt Road intersection (At the Wilson Bank, AmSouth Bank and Union Planter Bank locations)

Driving Instructions (from Lebanon) to Dr. Blansett's office:

+ WEST on I-40 East toward Memphis to EXIT 226 (Mount Juliet Road, North)

+ NORTH (right) on Mount Juliet Road to Old Lebanon Dirt Road intersection (At the Wilson Bank, AmSouth Bank and Union Planter Bank locations)

For those driving from all directions, using I-40 and arriving at the intersection of Mount Juliet Road and Old Lebanon Dirt Road (At the Wilson Bank, AmSouth Bank and Union Planter Bank locations):

+ Left onto Old Lebanon Dirt Road
+ WEST 3.3 miles to Chandler Point Subdivision main entrance (Eagle Trace Drive)
+ Left onto Eagle Trace Drive.
+ After passing through the three way stop, Dr. Blansett's office is in his home, 1621 Eagle Trace Drive, the sixth house on the left.
+ The number 1621 is prominently displayed on the mail box.

If there is a sign over the doorbell saying DO NOT RING BELL OR KNOCK, it indicates that Dr. Blansett is not ready for you. Please wait in your car. He will signal that he is ready for you by removing the "DO NOT RING BELL" sign.

NOTE: If no DO NOT RING BELL OR KNOCK sign is visible, please DO ring the doorbell.
